In thirty years of service with the United States Army, I've served in various occupations providing technical leadership advice and administrative guidance and instructions regarding programs, objectives, policies, procedures, mission analysis, course of action, problem-solving, and administrative activities to the Chief-of-Staff. Possesses an extensive, deep, and wide range of experiences utilizing and applying training guidance and development needs, establishing training plans, and providing formal and informal training as required. Supervised, interfaced, and learned from interagency partners within the community. I have consistently been rated as having strong leadership attributes and the capability to develop and oversee systems that enhance institutions and solve problem-sets; while managing for the interest of personnel and their families. I initiate numerous requests for personnel actions such as advancements, reassignments, training, performance-based recognition, punitive, etc. I approve sick and annual leave and the use of compensatory time earned. Establishes performance standards and evaluates subordinates. Receives and attempts to resolve complaints and grievances on an informal basis; effects minor disciplinary measures such as warnings and reprimands; and recommends corrective actions in more severe cases. A strong desire to learn and contribute is exhibited through my work supporting the organization's mission. I have held numerous positions both stateside and during various deployments that included two terms in Iraq, Kuwait, Germany, and South Korea. As I gained additional skills and competencies, I was assigned ever-increasing responsibilities and complex projects.
