Course Operations Manager
CurrentMy role involves managing the operational delivery of a programme of online short courses. I am responsible for acting as the Cambridge Online Education team's key contact for all external queries, managing and escalating them as appropriate. I also help to co-ordinate customer support improvements as well as leading on delivery and operational planning.
