• Advised clients such as Moët Hennessy, Pernod-Ricard, Mondelez, Alfred Dunhill, Blackstone Group, on managing global distribution, pricing and roll-out strategy for their luxury brand portfolios.
• The work resulted in clients winning listings and strategic presence in key markets, surpassing global sales targets, and, in Pernod-Ricard’s case, credited by the board as driving "a direct, positive impact on growth".

Hong Kong

• Advised clients including Moët Hennessy, Bacardi, AXA Wealth Management, US Government, family offices on brand positioning and market-entry strategy for luxury brands in pre- or post-acquisition stage.

Taiwan

• Launched Glenfiddich Single Malt in Taiwan, becoming the country’s second biggest brand within 3 years, while turning the operating company with 25 staff from a loss- to profit-making entity.

Philippines

• Built and managed team for a portfolio of international brands across retail, on-premise, and travel-retail channels, with +52% sales and +103% EBITDA, a turnaround.
• Overall accountability for successfully managing a local manufacturing project.
