Conducted classroom training for high school and college students. Training and presentations included self help programs such as goal setting, communication skills, study techniques and anti bullying. Also offered a series of American history presentations covering the War of 1812 up to WWII.

My tenure at Triton was primarily focused in the Criminal Justice Department. I instructed classes in virtually all disciplines including management, criminal law, forensics, patrol and criminal investigation. During the last several years of teaching I was engaged in mentoring and conducted classes in self help techniques for probationary and returning students.

Responsible for overseeing the statewide Parole program,including but not limited to the following duties; supervising the Parole Agent staff consisting of 440 agents and clerical associates, oversee special field operations, create and write policy, issue warrants for arrest, review, recommend training for new agents, act as liaison with local law enforcement and oversee all disciplary matters, including hiring and firing. Retired in July 2002.
