- Managed a large portfolio of clients across a diverse range of industries ensuring compliance for their mobile inbound and outbound population, including managing the compliance workflow for nearly 1,000 assignees and being the lead PwC contact for senior moves into and out of Singapore.- Provide advisory and compliance services, including leading and developing client presentations across complex matters including cross border assignment tax structuring, employee equity planning, immigration, employment law and social security. - Leadership of a team of seven to plan and deliver the transition to PwC of a large multinational client with over 500 mobile employees into Singapore, partnering with internal stakeholders and key client contacts to ensure a smooth transition of service provider and ensuring adherence to the client’s mobility policies and risk frameworks. - Lead manager for client accounts of varying levels of mobility activity from several mobile employees to 150+, and partnering with these clients to ensure that both employer and employee tax obligations are met. This includes income tax, fringe benefits taxes, employment taxes and superannuation guarantee obligations and identifying tax planning opportunities, tax effective structuring of assignment packages and minimising the tax cost of international assignments. - Client manager of an annual global due diligence of the employee equity plans of a major ASX listed company. This included tax, regulatory, legal and securities law reviews for over 30 countries.
