Vietnam

Brought into Vietnam to help scale, train and integrate the Vietnam office into the Edelman network as part of the post-acquisition transition. Co-built corporate practice capabilities in Vietnam by enhancing skill sets, product offer and growing the team by 3x. Grew the revenue of the practice by 800% in 2 years, managing clients amounting to 40% of the total business.
