Current• Communication: Regularly solicit, review, and address feedback from internal and external stakeholders to increase customer and employee satisfaction. Collaborate daily with Cultural Advisors, Social Scientists, Psychological Operations Planners, and Media Analysts. Attend classified briefings with high-ranking ISAF personnel to disseminate information up the chain of command. Coordinate and negotiate with team members, training and motivating others to accomplish work in an integrated, timely, effective, and high- quality manner to meet program objectives. Regularly take initiative to refine workflows and improve program effectiveness. Responsible for over $20,000 of equipment.• Multimedia: Create and deliver compelling video production and graphic design assets in support of TV and radio broadcast products (e.g. broadcast TV, promos, and documentaries) for a forward deployed Military Information Support Operations unit. Combine video, graphic design, graphic animation, digital imagery, sound effects, and musical scores. Plan, manage, and direct multimedia information and products through consultation, design, development, procurement, production, and reproduction. Executes source changes and live edits through control of complex broadcast equipment. Respond to fast-breaking national events requiring creative program changes, exercising sound judgment and editorial decision-making. Recommended reallocation and reprogramming of funds to accommodate changes in schedules or priorities.
