I manage squadron suspences, performance reports and the commander's meetings and appointments. As the Assistant Chief of Plans, I plan, execute and direct 10 annual Green Flag exercises. The Green Flag exercise is the commander of Air Combat Command (COMACC's) premier joint air-land exercise which provides Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF)/decisive action (DA) combat prep. As an Operations Supervisor, I provide yearly support to 20+ deployed US/allied units totalling 200+ aircraft and 2,500+ personnel along with supervising $35 million in exercise flight hours. I also facilitate joint combat training for the US Army's National Training Center (NTC) exercise which synchronizes over 100 vital joint training events for joint and coalition Close Air Support (CAS) units. I directed the tactical employment of a $50 million mobile C2 system to perform weapons control, data link operations and air surveillance. I maintained Combat Mission Ready status as an Air Surveillance Officer where I supervised surveillance personnel during Battle Management operations and an Air Weapons Officer where I directly controlled aircraft on training/combat sorties.
