•Ensure safety of the staff, members, facility and equipment•Customer service focus•Coordinate sales of memberships, personal training, bus passes and group fitness classes•Supervise assigned staff; schedule, train and monitor staff relative to assigned facility duties; review timekeeping system of assigned staff for accuracy

•Ensure safety of the staff, members, facility and equipment; walk through, documentation-follow up system•Model and implement quality customer service•Coordinate sales of memberships, personal training, kids club and tanning•Provide leadership and training for staff and personal trainers •In charge of sales, flyers, marketing and financial components of the club•Evaluate staff performance, establish goals, scheduling•Collaborate with Club Processor on site-performance; sales projections, sales comparisons

•Ensure safety of staff, students, parents, guests and facility with consistent walk through and documentation•Provide academic leadership to students and staff including SST, 504, & IEP meetings•Develop Career Technical Education pathways – curriculum, internships, advising•Coordinate Statewide Testing including STAR, CAHSEE, and Physical Fitness Testing•Collaborate with counselors and staff to develop schedules, training, and implementation of statewide assessments•Evaluation of staff performance with district Performance Pay System and school site policy•Utilize FRISK model•Facilitate weekly staff meetings and cohort small group meetings•Collaborate with Content Area Specialists to link curriculum to local and state assessment systems, curriculum acquisition, review, and training – including new Common Core standards•Assist with professional growth and development of teachers through observation and feedback

•Assess 'at-risk' high school students' educational needs, abilities, interests, motivation, learning styles and demonstrated achievement to implement an educational program that instills in students the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their goals, including, but not limited to, obtaining a high school diploma•IS Compliance/Field Trip/Student Leadership/Yearbook/Physical Fitness Test Coordinator
