With over six years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a skilled and certified drilling planner at Shelf Drilling, one of the world's leading contractors of jack-up rigs. I have extensive knowledge and experience in well completion, pump repair, and drilling operations, and I have successfully delivered multiple projects for clients across the globe. As a drilling planner, I work with a team of engineers, geologists, and drillers to design, execute, and optimize drilling programs, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. I also provide technical support and guidance to the drilling crew, and monitor the performance and progress of the drilling activities. Previously, I was a drilling consultant at AIS Survivex, where I provided training and coaching to drilling personnel, and a performance coach drilling trainer at ICM Group, where I developed and implemented drilling competency frameworks and assessment tools. I am passionate about learning and improving my skills, and I have obtained the IWCF Sub Sea Supervisor certification, which demonstrates my proficiency and professionalism in the field. I am also committed to contributing to the sustainability and innovation of the industry, and I seek to apply my expertise and skills to challenging and rewarding projects that align with my values and goals.
