Success Shop Limited and AssociationsNZ is an exciting project with a focus on the changing environment of the New Zealand Incorporated Societies market. AssociationsNZ.nz is offering education, information and conference help to over 700 New Zealand Associations and specialty interest groups whom represent over 335,000 members.

TBI is a company owned by our Family Trust. My role includes handling all management issues and overseeing the investment direction.

BSW was a start-up that grew into one of Telecom New Zealand's largest independent dealers with branches in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington City and a call centre operation in Johnsonville. The core of our customers were members of Associations in supplier relationships with Telecom NZ. As managing director & founder of BSW my role changed rapidly from performing almost every function the business required to a focus on managing the management team, marketing and strategy. The company was sold in mid 2007 due to the uncertain landscape for the independent dealer network. Today the independent dealer network is known as "Spark Hubs".

The role changed over time from selling communication products and services into the small business market to sales and account management of some of New Zealand's largest corporates.Relationship building into the sale teams within Telecom New Zealand was a key component to our companies success.

As Branch Manager I had complete autonomy over the business in the Wellington region including human resources, sales direction, customer management and any other issue that effected the local operation. Under my management the branch was transformed from a retail outlet to a highly profitable operation focusing on the communication needs of the local SME & Corporate Business community. We also cemented our place as a serious partner for the Telecom New Zealand sales channels.

As National Sales Manager my role was to own the sales target and manage the sales process. This meant designing and implementing the sales strategy, management of 8 branch managers and build relationships with key clients.
