CLMBR LLC designs and manufactures an innovative cardio fitness product. I managed OEM contract manufacturing in Taiwan and negotiated cost and schedule. We designed an innovative cardio fitness machine based on vertical climbing modality. I designed aluminum extrusions, fabricated steel parts, CNC parts, injection molded parts and tooling, belt drives, track systems, using Solidworks. Supervised contract manufacturers. Lead the team with fast-paced design concepts, modeling in Solidworks, FEA analysis, simulation, prototyping, tooling first article reports, and operational factory management. Set up CE and ASTM testing requirement for production.

Asiatech provides professional engineering design and project management. Our expertise is in commercial and consumer product design, patent development, overseas manufacture, and project management. Managed Quality Assurance at multiple factory locations in China. Verified Engineering change orders, design upgrades, new product releases, and prototyping validation. Projects included commercial strength lines such as Rock-it and vertical market products such as HD.

Managed new product design and technology transfer of products being manufactured in Asia. Invented new technologies and cost reduced product manufacturing.

Designed show action equipment for Disney, Chuckicheese, other theme parks. 3D and CNC manufacturing of robotic figures.

I designed high speed robotic product handling equipment for automated beverage makers. Developed revolutionary multi-level PCB drilling machines.

Designed theme park ride and show action equipment for US and Tokyo Disney parks. Managed retrofit and installation of equipment. Invented new robotic animated figure technology. Designed equipment utilizing CAD software and prototyped new equipment.
