• Digital Training Management System (DTMS) Project Manager for a large organization consisting of over 15,000 personnel. • Developed and conducted continuous training on Unit Training Management for unit leaders at three military installations. • Developed briefings for leadership at all levels and delivered presentations pertaining to Unit Training Management, DTMS, and all areas related to training doctrine. • Primary purpose was to provide feedback to Commanders so they can make decisions that will improve the training in their unit. • Conducted Organizational Inspection Program (OIP) inspections that focused on measuring compliance against established Army Doctrine and specific standard operating procedures to ensure that the unit can function effectively. • Inspections consisted of five elements; Measure performance against a standard, determine the magnitude of the problem (if one exists), seek the root cause of the problem, determine a solution, and assign responsibility to the appropriate individuals.
