Code Ninjas is a coding school for children ages 5-16.Primary focus was to grow customer base with aggressive marketing tactics and community outreach. The franchise location was opening its first site in the area and had no customer base before I started. Grew the customer base to 20 subscriptions in early 2020 with weekly and biweekly tutoring sessions.As lead tutor, I was also in charge of learning the entire curriculum and helping teach the other tutors the material. I tutored up to 3 students at a time for 1hr increments. The material focused on teaching JavaScript and C# through a proprietary system.When Covid-19 occurred, I created my own 4 week course on MIT Scratch and tutored 6 students remotely with this curriculum.
