On January 3rd, 2022 a new chapter in my career started as I retired from full time employment and opened not a new chapter, but a new book on my career as I started my own consulting firm, InDepth Solutions, LLC. At InDepth Solutions, LLC. our goal is to assist clients improve processes and productivity through the collection of data and the use of statistical processes to evaluate the current state of the process and put together a plan to move to a more stable, profitable future state.With over 45 years of experience in the application of continuous improvement techniques utilizing statistical processes, lean manufacturing principles and methods, assembly processes, quality control and inspection techniques.
