He started over 20 years ago with Autocab, a tech company that provides Digital Dispatch Systems into the Taxi/Private Hire Industry across the world. As a 20 year old salesman taking on his first field sales role. James already had a good sales foundation, as he had begun learning his sales craft working in Retail as a Store Manager for 3 years and before this a part time Sales Assistant while studying Business Studies at College. He was able to take these Sales, Academic and Leadership Skills, to become one of the most successful Sales Managers in the History of Autocab, turning over 10s of Millions of pounds in his 20 years there. Traveling the World, Managing the Sales Team, he helped grow Autocab from a humble tech company, to the world’s largest provider of Digital Dispatch Technology, which in 2020 sold to UBER for a considerable sum.James’s target driven focus and passion to win, is also prevalent in his personal life, he is an accomplished Runner, Cyclist and Triathlete. The discipline he shows to achieve these goals can be seen in his professionalism and willingness to provide the best quality and service he can to his employer, clients and customers.
