Am capable of entry level pen testing, working through offensive security course in my spare time. Personally use Linux for all work, Debian based Linux with Gnome my desktop environment of choice. Gained allot of security experience over the years using self constructed virtual environments using Backtrack (now kali linux), I use this with offensive security course I working through in my spare time. For what it's worth, I am Microsoft certified but learned Microsoft through sheer experience spanning over 20 years. Dealt allot with Microsoft server, a common choice for smaller Businesses server(s)

Was keyholder and responsible for running the store while manager was hospitalised for over a month. Responsibilities included first on site to open and prepare store, keeping cash flow in check, counting end of each shift confirming everything matched, full access to sade where all money was put after count, then floats organised following mornings. Second largest store on Scotland for the largest tile retailer on the UK and most of Europe.

First year mainly application verification, was responsible for any techbical problems for my team of approximately 12, any errors, problems or support team members would approach me with confidence. Once the tax credits system was online nationwide, I performed calculations and for applicants based on an array of variables in order to provide what award families would be entitled to. I Had a good relationship with my team leader who often suggested I apply for a team leader role, running my own team, responsible for keeping targets, individual coaching and feedback to team members and so on. I Was never happy with the though of a lifetime career in an office environment, dealing mainly with spreadsheets, correspondence and general office duties (on a large scale), also didn't agree with the wage structure. Given my abities and the wage nor quite matching the work load and growing depression experienced given the lack of challenge I remained an agent eventually leaving for a change involving a considerable rise in wage plus bonuses, while still working out what my permanent career goal was
