I Had a good relationship with my team leader who often suggested I apply for a team leader role, running my own team, responsible for keeping targets, individual coaching and feedback to team members and so on. I Was never happy with the though of a lifetime career in an office environment, dealing mainly with spreadsheets, correspondence and general office duties (on a large scale), also didn't agree with the wage structure. Given my abities and the wage nor quite matching the work load and growing depression experienced given the lack of challenge I remained an agent eventually leaving for a change involving a considerable rise in wage plus bonuses, while still working out what my permanent career goal was
