I have vast experience in finding innovative solutions to client issues.I have worked with SME clients across many sectors, including construction supply chain, residential and commercial developers, hotels, transport, haulage, manufacturing, retail, motor trade, higher education, printing, paper and financial services.I have advised both Trustee and Company side for a number of defined benefit Pension Schemes.I spent 5 months on secondment to a high risk division of a leading UK bank, assisting in setting and implementing its strategy for high-risk corporate customers and those with non-performing lending. I also provided ad hoc advice to the bank in relation to specific accounting and insolvency issues affecting their customers. I undertook a 14 month secondment with a FTSE 350 plc, working as a management accountant within the central group finance function, which included a variety of roles:- Preparation of month end accounts for a £50 million subsidiary- Group-wide cost reduction exercise- Acquisition due diligence- Authored new group-wide policies for capital expenditure, travel expenses and credit control
