I provide transportation planning and administrative services including expertise in California and federal transportation and transit funding. The Transportation Consulting Services that I provide include transit planning, administration and management, preparation and management of Requests for Proposals for various public transit service contracts, grants management and other related services.

While at SACOG I supervised the Transit Team at SACOG and was responsible for transit planning, programming and administration. I lead the administration of the Transportation Development Act, the programming of federal and state funds for the region's transit operators and managed or supervised a broad variety of planning studies. I was at SACOG between 2001 and 2012 on a second tour and previously worked for SACOG from 1974 to 1983

I was a member of the Board of Directors and was responsible for the development of the Center's budget and financial activities. During our term the Board relocated its offices and facilitated a transition of its programs to the current Mediation Center arrangement with California Lawyers for the Arts.

Marysville - Yuba City Area, California

I managed the Hub Area Transit Authority bus system which provided transit service throughout Yuba and Sutter counties in northern California. The Hub Area Transit Authority was succeeded by Yuba Sutter Transit.
