With a broad skill set in all phases of video production, I'm looking for thrilling challenges in video production to energize the media production industry in Florida. In studio operations at WFTV Channel 9, I help run the morning show during the weekday and weekends. Operating robotic cameras, playing programmed looks on the light board, and fixing on-air technical issues while running the teleprompter. My actions have helped the weekday and weekend shows currently become number one in their time slot for three months straight. Outside of work, I'm acquiring certifications in software in Adobe Creative Cloud and using them to acquire post-production work. Such as color correction and color grading for an unreleased cooking series on YouTube from Tea Photography. I have a certification for Premiere Pro and intend to earn certifications in Photoshop and After Effects by May. Earning Adobe's speciality credential, Adobe Certified Professional in Video Design. Before being hired at WFTV Channel 9, I studied and practiced television production as early as high school at a magnet program in Tampa. Working in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro 7, and GarageBand. At the University of Central Florida, I volunteered for student projects working in various departments. By the time I was a senior, I was a graphics coordinator for the student news show, Knightly News, and a video production assistant for the PBS affiliate, WUCF-TV. Working in After Effects and Premiere Pro on Windows to organize material for the station's video editors, research stories for Central Florida Roadtrip, and setting up recording equipment for onsite interviews used on various programs. Such as NewsNight.
