Duties and Responsibilities:• Formation of the project construction program including Design, Procurement, Planning Approvals, Construction & Commissioning Phases based on the actual productivity on Site, number of available crews to estimate the proper activity duration.• Allocation of revenue value cost on the program per activity to run the progress claim payment from the program to be submitted to clients.• Preparation of all client and internal reports on weekly & monthly basis • Update client P6 schedules and form S-Curve for reporting• Ensured the schedule reflect all the client's project-specific requirements and scope to avoid significant changes during the execution• Link schedule to client supplied 3D model. Review 4D linkage and identify potential issues that may arise during construction. Identify and review time reduction strategies and inform client. Form 4D animation.• Management of internal employees to ensure work is completed at an accepted standard and within time and budget.
