As Vice President, I am responsible for DMA’s Western United States Transaction Tax Division. I manage a sizable team located in Phoenix, Arizona in the performance of sales/use tax overpayment reviews, sales/use tax audit defense projects, and transaction analyses for DMA’s Fortune 1000 clients. I also oversees DMA’s Tax Advisory Group, which performs nexus reviews, and develops tax matrices and Voluntary Disclosure Agreement filings, among other services. I partner closely with my counterparts across all regions and DMA divisions to ensure our clients maximize tax savings opportunities. My core focus at DMA is studying sales/use tax law to ensure exceptional sales/use tax services are provided to our clients.
