Managed fifteen associates to collect on thirty to fifty nine day delinquent level credit card account portfolio; implemented the setup of the automated dialer system to ensure all accounts were managed in a timely manner; managed a multi-million dollar portfolio to meet the companies delinquency goals; wrote and administered annual performance reviews.

Developed detailed training plans for the computer operations center for the Maintenance Instruction Division of Fort Bliss, Texas. Served two years as unit training manager in Hohenfels, Germany, in which physical and weight control training was developed and implemented for 120 plus soldiers. Served four years as an electronics technician, maintaining a high state of readiness equipment valued in excess of six million dollars. Equipment included the High Powered Illuminator Radar, HAWK Missile Launcher, Loader Transporter and HAWK Missile pallet.
