I'm devoted to challenging myself and creatively finding ways to solve the obstacles at hand. I strive to curate an engaging and productive environment for my team. Maintaining an upward trajectory of technical growth and quenching my curiosity for knowledge is important to me. Finding ways to share and implement this knowledge in a meaningful way is where I find the most joy.With a past in construction management, my focus has always been streamlining projects and coming up with efficient ways to solve complex issues. The issues became working puzzles that I found joy in solving. Creating a finished product that was functionally sound and aesthetically pleasing became the foundation of my process.
