Aspect by design was born out of over 15 years of working in Chartered Architects practices across London and in the Midlands. Working with clients in the UK, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sectors to include; residential, commercial, conservation, education and leisure. My remit includes liaising with external consultants to deliver a client’s brief. Working across a range of projects has enabled me to build a strong portfolio of contacts within the interior and construction trade as well as good working relationships with local authorities. My project portfolio includes the following:- New build dwellings- Single storey extensions- Property conversions, including barns and basements- Works to listed buildings- New residential developments- Interior refurbishments- Commercial developments- High end dwellings

I started at EHP (Now known as Hill Mitchell Berry) as Senior Architectural Technician and was promoted to Associate after 2.5 years.During my time at EHP I worked on a multitude of projects, both assisting and taking a lead role on many of them. This involved the designing, detailing and running of projects on site. My experience was primarily across high end residential properties with project values of up to 10 million pounds. This gave me the opportunity to work with clients on some very unique properties requiring specialist involvement, confidence and extreme diligence on my part. I also continued to work upon commercial properties including schools, housing and factory developments. In addition to my professional role at EHP I also spearheaded the renewal of the company’s computer network, software and CAD procedures which led to a much more streamlined and integrated technological solution to the business.
