Concentrated on personal and team development within the platoon, administration, training and mentoring. I was privileged to be the only platoon commander that was selected this year without having commissioned as an Officer in the British Army. Platoon Sergeant 2013/14 - The second-in-command of the platoon. Responsible for training, discipline and administration of a platoon of roughly 30 junior officer cadets. Coordinating logistics for the platoon in terms of food, water and equipment while on exercise.
