- Creates AF 5-year budget as Installations Support Panel Chair: coordinates with 20 other Panels, 4 Headquarters Air Force organizations supporting $255 billion infrastructure, 130,000 Civil Engineer, Security Forces, and Office of Special Investigations personnel- Leads 5-member Panel and 9 Integrated Process Teams, totaling over 70 personnel to build and defend a $600 billion dollar 5-year budget - Budgets $10 billion per year for Military Construction, Facility Sustainment, Restoration & Modernization, facility operations, energy, housing, environmental, base defense, and combat support requirements- Formulates guidance and develops strategy for installation programs to meet Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Congressional directives/policies

- Commands 1,067 military, civilian, and contract personnel in 6 squadrons for Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve intratheater airlift, and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, strike, and coalition mission support- Executes Base Operating Support Integration for 30 aircraft, >6,000 personnel, 3,750 acres, more than 500 facilities, a $94 million communications network, and $98 million in contracts at 3 installations- Directs combat support: 14,000 missions per year; Command Expeditionary Theater Distribution Center, Central Command Military Working Dog hub operations; conducts outside-the-wire patrols, secures 187 square kilometer Base Security Zone- Air Forces Central Command liaison with Army Area Support Group-Kuwait and Kuwait Ministry of Defense for $32 million burden sharing funding and logistics support as prescribed under the Defense Cooperation Agreement

- Commands 184, responsible for all facility/infrastructure project development, programming, award and construction- Ensures readiness training for deployers/manages in-place response force for natural disasters and homeland defense- Responsible for Civil Engineer support of $608 million physical plant including infrastructure maintenance/sustainment and environmental compliance- Provides transportation, supply, deployment, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, traffic management, and travel office support for base personnel

- Leads and directs United States Air Forces in Europe's largest Civil Engineer operations flight; 235 military and 155 civilian craftsmen and technicians- Directs annual budget of over $8 million to accomplish 30,000 work requests for sustainment, restoration & modernization- Responsible for 11.4 million square feet of facility space, 8.4 million gallons of fuel storage, and 3.7 million square yards of airfield pavements and lighting- Provides engineer support to the 53,000-person Kaiserslautern Military Community, Headquarters United States Air Forces in Europe, and Coalition Command-Air Headquarters
