This project involved teaching a new software system and benefited from effective leadership and scheduling, as it allowed us to meet a four-week deadline. This allowed Sainsbury’s to improve its overall productivity at checkouts and showcased my ability to implement and understand digital and technological-based solutions within an organisation.Current role: Within my role, as a trading assistant, I help Sainsbury's to reduce waste by sorting through surplus products that can be donated to local charities. I also help to restock shelves which requires a high level of attention during busy periods. I have gained many skills working with a wide range of people, such as teamwork, time management and flexibility skills that are needed in order to complete different tasks under pressure. Show less
