-Responsible for the daily operations of two dormitories and entire home-living department including daily contacts with human resource and financial clerks and their supervisors.-Develop briefing documents, reports, and plans for review by my Supervisor and/or others. -Use a variety of tools to develop records and prepare presentations or audits. -Supervise the educational, psychological, sociological, and physiological aspects of student development. -Supervise approximately 26 employees and convey instructions orally and in writing.-Create, issue, and mentor subordinates with performance appraisals and individual development plans. -Work with others to solve problems and issues or offer solutions and make recommendations. -Serves as liaison between school and parents to keep them informed-Plan and coordinate meetings and trainings. -Research and analyze data to use when making decisions or requests. Present findings and defend recommendations. -Crisis committee - review and execute a plan for the school in an event of a crisis.-Leadership team- review, analyze, and implement school wide policies.-COVID 19 special project lead- Prepare plan and oversee COVID 19 care plan. -Daily contact and meetings with human resource and financial clerk from other departments.-Purchasing and reconciling duties. -Work closely with the human resource office for staffing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations as the hiring manager.-Review and implement effective and economical use of recruitment and placement strategies.-Review vacancy announcements and requested or directed changes where appropriate.-Discussed rating and rankings of applicants with the HR department.-Discussed and reviewed pay settings/options with the HR department.
