Fields Marketing Company was formed in 1994 as an entity for working as a consultant to Oil/Gas, fiber, pipeline, and energy clients needing land and easement acquisition services, continuing through current assignments through and with Norfleet Land Services in the EagleFord and Permian Basin.Worked as independent contractor on Fiber and pipeline projects beginning in 1998 thru 2008 in Indiana, Texas and Oklahoma.

Managed a staff of 7 company Field (Surface) Landmen and up to 4 contract agents upon demand. Our group took care of all surface-related land work, claims and damages for Denbury's EOR Fields and Barnett Shale, in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Field development in old secondary recovery fields involved completely new infrastructure....pipelines, power lines, treatment facilities and often many locations for new drilled wells. VERY few surface owners in these legacy fields still retained any mineral rights and surface owners were often not as accommodating as minerals might be for new development work in an 80 year old field. The Field Land staff maintained a successful record in avoiding work stoppages and delays due to conflicts with disgruntled and uncooperative landowners.

Barnett Shale

Performed all surface land work related to field development, drilling, drill sites, production facilities, roads, pipelines, power lines, frac ponds and frac water on Denbury acreage in the Barnett Shale.
