Flying/driving to various Commercial Properties, all over the United States-with values form $1.5 million to $50 million+: Photograph and physically inspect specific properties and their immediateenvironment, as well as finding Comparable properties to ascertain a range of market rents and occupancies. I also pay particular attention to deferred maintenance, traffic counts, neighborhood safety and functionality/vibrancy, or lack thereof. Available land and for sale properties and prices of same. I currently communicate and share information with the Owner and am not on payroll. I work on an as needed basis.
