• Internal database-Act (CRM)- Adding new clients, editing details, mail merging, processing orders• Sage 50 accounts – editing orders, checking VAT, putting together tenders• Answering telephone• Dealing with all customer services- complaints, queries, estimating, tender enquiries, customers are architects, designers, project managers • Spreadsheet planning-putting together tenders via details, production planning• Organisation of Logistics• Liaising with the warehouse manager to organise work load• Arranging manufacturing, and oiling line work• Staff Planning/Scheduling• Dealing with exports/imports from USA and China• Deputising for MD when away• Key Holder• Trade Shows – meet and great, advise on flooring rules, different samples, data collection • Reading plans and estimating project costs• Dealing with customer complaints• Sales have doubled since I started in the sales office, from £70,000 to £140,000 average
