Began my career as an in-house A/V Technician in the Muncie Office. Set up and operated audio, video, and lighting equipment for conventions, meetings, events, and parties. Moved to Indy in August of 2002 and worked as a Delivery Technician out of the Corporate National Headquarters until promoted in March of 2006 to Team Leader.Managed and assigned equipment delivery, scheduling daily/weekly/monthly semi and freight inventory transportation both locally and nationwide. Managed Shipping and Receiving Department, as well as directed and assisted Order Prep and Inspection teams.Coordinated with internal staff and external clients over the phone and online as primary liaison toensure prompt and accurate deliveries as well as allocate inventory dynamically. Was also frequently contacted to help troubleshoot equipment and provide support for spur of the moment needs.Position was eventually eliminated due to industry wide loss of business due to COVID-19.

Arranged and removed tables, chairs, and staging for various conventions, meetings, and events.
