Over the last 20 years I have gained a broad experience base in Life Sciences leadership – working in both commercial and scientific roles. I have built and led successful, diverse teams, in the USA, Asia-Pacific and Europe. I have grown businesses through organic growth , led due diligence on acquisitions in the US and China and subsequently led integration to realise value and synergy. I carry with me into industry some key learnings and skills from my medical practice in Emergency Medicine. My leadership style is uncomplicated and inclusive but driven towards efficient decision-making and action.My overarching philosophy is that patient outcomes should sit at the centre of commercial strategy, because this builds true value for all stakeholders and drives longevity into product life-cycles.
