I started my construction career when I was only 3 years old. I would be on a job site every day doing what ever I could do to help (witch obviously wasn't much at 3) but through the years I started getting more and more knowledgeable about how to build houses from the ground up. I've had experience in everything from diging trenches for new water mains and grading roads and lots, to installing cabinets and trim to finish a house. Along the way though I took a break from construction and joined the marine corps, there I learned alot but the most important things I learned were how to teach and lead others through complex objectives and got a big taste of how amazing it is to lead others to success. Since I got out of the military I have been with only small companies where there is no room for improvement or no ability to lead and help others due to being on projects that I would work by myself on.
