• Ensuring all projects completed by Axis, are completed to a high standard, and documentation is reflected to the work that has been installed. • Responsible for making sure work on social housing is completed to a high standard.• Auditing all contractors completed work, against financial invoicing. • Responsible for development of training apprentices and newly recruited electrical supervisor.• Planning and managing my own working diary organising off-site visits, working from hotspot office, and home working as and when necessary ensuring all work is completed and manuals created in time for handover.

• Main responsibility at CLC was to ensure that all NICEIC certs were completed correctly, and that all documentation matched top to actual installs, these completed by both in-house and sub contractors electricians. • Industrial Projects - were completed on hospitals, schools, law courts installing LED lighting upgrades. • Domestic Projects - social housing properties carrying out general EICR and remedial works on properties. • Liaising with RLO getting the jobs booked in and staff on site. • Upgrading of communal area with properties of built occupancy such as high rise flats, and low rise flats. • Planning and managing my own working diary organising off-site visits, working from hotspot office, and home working as and when necessary ensuring all work is completed and manuals created in time for handover.

• Ensuring all NICEIC certifiable work complies with City and Guilds 18th Edition and does not compromise the companies NICEIC status. • Managing and training all engineers on the NICEIC certification software. • Quality control and assure engineers certification. Following up with site visits to validate engineers test results. • Managing multiple work sites, with the use of time management to ensure all sites are completed to the expected completion time.• Authorising sub-contractors timesheets and invoices. • Composing weekly progress reports with project stakeholders, raising both success and issues (such as falsified reporting) on site.

CA Systems• Surveying sites for fire alarm systems and emergency lighting. • Site drawing via the Viso systems. • Developing quotes from schedule rates. • Supervising contractor teams installing the following;- Fire alarm systems, ranging from Grade A to Grade D systems. - Door entry systems with intercom to mass apartment accommodation.- Deck phone systems with care homes, with links to external lines.• Ensuring fire systems are installed to regulation and customer satisfaction is met. • Commissioning of fire panels. (Gent SMS Fire Systems)• Ensuring all BAFE, NICEIC certificates and pessary papers are completed to a high standard and provided to clients at the completion of work.
