At St. Vincent's I assisted in the restoration and design of the kitchen. The previous owners had left it in a unworkable condition and I was tasked with getting it running again. I worked with the owner to create a menu and developed many dishes within the time I worked here. After we opened I foreseen the daily workings of the kitchen and working with my team to be as efficient as possible.
