Product Safety, and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure efficient Supply Chain flow by assuring products meet safety, regulatory, and quality requirements in all markets of distribution. Initial point of contact internally for compliance and regulatory inquiries, review, and approval. HighlightsAssist in adhering to International Labor Standards program including management of ongoing compliance and providing periodic ILS audits when required as well as remediating compliance violations through corrective action plans.Provide guidance to HALO Global Sourcing team to resolve issues related to product safety, compliance, & quality.Supervise enterprise client orders to adhere to their product testing and quality requirements, including Disney/ABC, L’Oreal, JCPenney, and Universal/NBC.Develop and implement procedures and processes for internal compliance with new enterprise accounts.Facilitate and oversee both domestic and international product safety testing.Member of continuous improvement training group.
