- Started and managed all aspects of the relocation and vacation rental company in Central Mexico.- Built a website with access to receive reservations from 50+ online booking websites. - Obtained Airbnb Superhost status within a few months and maintained the title throughout the life of the company. - Guests gave over 200 five star reviews within the first year of operation. - Introduced over a hundred people to the area with a white glove relocation service, translating and making introductions to lawyers, accountants, real estate, medical and dental professionals as well as others.- Built a YouTube following with tens of thousands of viewers on each video giving advice on starting and maintaining a vacation rental company and gave over a hundred paid consultations.

Real Estate agent for high end agency. Mostly working with Americans interested in buying a second home or investing in rental property in central Mexico. Daily activity also included helping buyers obtain correct paperwork and pay for the properties in the correct manner.

Took advantage of the work-study grant offered by SLU-Madrid while earning degree. Was assigned directly to the Dean and responsible for a number of varying tasks including but not limited to:- Compiled data and graphs on class sizes to find trends, compiling economic data for studies and organizing files of past students. - President of SLU's Economics Club that would get together to discuss different economic phenomena and personally made presentations on topics such as the US health care system and real estate market.

- Supervised an office of more than ten people. - Held weekly divisional audits and reported directly to the Commanding Officer. - Renovated the outdated administrative process by creating a more effective virtual filing system and automating the personal leave accounting system. - Was part of the first response to Hurricane Katrina and was deployed to the Middle East during Operation Enduring Freedom.
