Throughout my career at Airgas Inc., I’ve been privileged to serve in many critical roles across progressive levels of the organization. As Area Program Manager, I leverage over a decade of strategic planning, operational excellence, and innovative process improvements - I put in place the strategies that deliver significant results on a nationwide scale. I thrive under pressure in which to drive value and excellence through a variety of battle tested strategies which optimize supplier relationships, reduce costs, and ensure consistent supply of quality goods and services.I’m passionate in delivering initiatives in a way that enables the organization to achieve its aggressive objectives. I relish the complex elements of transforming the business’ vision and ideas into reality through seamless execution of strategic intelligence. For a business to be and remain successful, they need to identify performance disrupters, take advantage of them and most importantly, drive waste out of operations without compromising outstanding customer service.
