As a collection specialist I make outbound calls and skip trace consumers for a third party collection agency dealing primarily in auto deficiency loans through a consultative approach, creating first the obligation then the willingness and ability to pay the loan back. In September 2010 I received the Top Gun Award which is for the highest gross fee collected for that month in the entire office consisting of approximately 80 agents.

I answered inbound calls generated by marketing campaigns and converted the calls into deals. I would work with all parties involved from origination to funding. Through consultative selling I would obtain the long-term goals of the client, which allowed me to help structure a loan to best meet the clients' needs and ability to pay.
