James is a results-driven student at Marquette University pursuing a quadruple major in Accounting, Economics, Finance (with a Commercial Banking concentration), and AIM (Applying Ingenuity in Markets). His academic journey is fueled by a passion for combining his analytic mindset with strategic leadership to solve complex business problems and drive meaningful change at Marquette University.Professionally, James has cultivated a deep understanding of financial analysis and strategic decision-making through his experience at Ixonia Bank. In his recent role as Business Analyst, he developed advanced Excel models to visualize key portfolio metrics across all bank verticals, helping senior leadership make data-driven decisions. Before this, he worked as a Credit Analyst, underwriting approximately five new loans weekly and developing financial models for companies with up to $80MM in EBITDA and $110MM in revenue.James has demonstrated his commitment to experiential learning and leadership on campus through several roles. James is the founder and CEO of the Marquette Consulting Club, serving his second term as CEO, taking the club from an idea to a thriving community of over 120 members in one year. He has organized applied case studies and mock case competitions with industry leaders that connect students from diverse disciplines with real-world consulting scenarios. James is also serving his second term as Commercial Banking Club President. In this role, he has innovated the club, organizing experiential learning opportunities, including case competitions, for the first time in club history. He's created inroads with top industry professionals, from bank CEOs and senators, to engage with members and speak at club meetings. Finally, he serves as the president of the Marquette University Inter-Fraternity Council (IFC). He's strengthened the Greek community on campus by organizing impactful events with a ≈$30,000 budget to promote engagement across chapters. James is actively involved in the Delta Chi Fraternity, serving as Social Chair, Scholarship Chair, and Sponsorship Chair. Additionally, he participates in the Investing Club and Financial Management Association to deepen his understanding of financial markets.James is passionate about bridging gaps between academics and the professional world, creating platforms for students to engage in solving real-world problems, and driving innovation at Marquette University.
