Daily interaction with brokers and investment managers to complete and process high risk cash and security transactions.

Position revolved around solid interpersonal skills with effective combination of balancing multiple priorities and innovative strategies to continually meet and exceed the banks objectives and goals. The main focus of the job was to perform monthly preaudit internal control reviews in multiple divisions and departments of NetBank FSB. Develop, create, and implement internal control reviews and procedures using Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Meet monthly with managers and directors to assess findings from the monthly reviews. Lead project initiatives for the internal control team. Continually analyze processes within the bank for overall improvement to save money and stream line day to day operations.

Main responsibility included processing and encoding customer deposits daily. Performed review and verification of of customer deposits within the guidelines of Regulation CC and D. Other aspects of the job were to perform charge back functions, posting of foreign currency collection, and inclearing review. Balancing and correction of errors was performed using the Fedline system. Also assisted in processing customer deposits via ATM.
