Developed takeoff and estimating software for the construction industry. In 2008 I was, initially, part of the team that continued development on On Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid, OnCenter's main estimating products written in C++. In 2010 I was part of the development team assigned to build Oasis, an entirely new, Windows-based fat client takeoff software written in C#/WPF. In 2016 I became the lead developer for a new Web-based browser takeoff application and document viewer using Javascript. I am currently involved with development and maintenance for both Oasis (now Construct Connect Takeoff) and the Web-based document viewer and takeoff application.

I started a company that created TAPI-based computer telephone applications. The first application was a Windows-based phone answering system. It was a simple application that could deliver messages via a recording or TTS messages and take messages. It supported caller ID and could block nuisance callers. In 2003 I created a more sophisticated version that targeted small businesses. This system supported multiple lines, offered mailboxes, and much more. In 2004 I developed a professional CRM software that combined a phone answering and routing system with the ability to create sales campaigns involving both voice and Email. This system was able to use both VOIP and TAPI.

Developed a very popular Windows-based C/C++ client named Visual HAPS that communicates with a TSS session to send and receive data to HAPS, a mainframe job scheduling software on ATOS GCOS8 platforms. The application was designed for creating, managing, and monitoring job networks. This software was unique for its time because visual interfaces to cloud applications were very rare.
