About James Hinds

I have been involved in FM management,development and operations for over 20 years. I have also been involved in the development of various organisational changes from conception of structure to deployment and management of the agreed change. My scope of FM experience covers M&E maintenance and installation,cleaning,fire and security maintenance and installation,street furniture and front of house services. I have also been heavily involved in developing and negotiating FM services agreements and contracts,inclusive of contract score card KPIs. During my periods of operational management I have had full P&L responsibility for turnover in excess of £25m. The diversity of FM products I have been involved in throughout my managerial career has provided me with a good rounded and balanced base of FM management,development and operational knowledge.
