I also work with communications on any hand radios, and telephones, and cellular phones assigned to 71 MDG. I have also become the DDRS Dental Guru to support any software, or work with POC's on issues. Update: I also logon to any servers, and troubleshoot and configure the servers. I also work with Lexmark and deploy any firmware or settings to MFD in the clinic. I am the primary on all IT equipment and responsible for an annual inventory in the clinic. I support the users by a ticket system, email, and work with any central helpdesk to get the problems resolved. -
