    I am currently helping customers with desk top, and software related issues. I currently hold a CompTIA A+ certification, and I am the TCO (Telephone Control Officer) for my squadron. I have; experience in troubleshooting AHLTA and CHCS. I also hold an ADM (Admin) account at Vance AFB. This allows me to uninstall and reinstall software for the users. I also work with Lexmark and deploy any firmware or settings to MFD in the clinic. I am the primary on all IT equipment and responsible for an annual inventory in the clinic. I support the users by a ticket system, email, and work with any central helpdesk to get the problems resolved.
