I grew up and lived in Costa Rica for most of my life. I attended the local public school where I learned to speak Spanish. when I was 16 I started helping my dad run his surf camp, until I was 18, then I was able to started running it on my own. I worked as a tour guide and surf instructor, the main goal of my job was to keep the customers happy and entertained during their entire vacation. I eventually moved to California, where I became a bartender and was able to put the people skills I had developed while working at the surf camp to good use.
