Managed a committee of 12 through strong and inspiring leadership with effective delegation as well as responsibility for two employed coaches-Worked with the treasurer to ensure cost minimisation and effective spend of an agreed budget.-Attracted first major cash sponsorship deal for the club partnering with Enterprise Rent a Car. -Successfully improved performance, jumping team rankings from 24th and 28th to top 10 places nationally.-Organised and directed Quest for the Crest swimming gala 2018. One of the largest swimming competitions ran by students. Record number of swimmers (approx 300) and over £3000 raised for charity.-XXI Club member.
