Duties & responsibilities included: • Leadership of the HR due diligence process for NSN customers in the outsourcing cases.• Creation and analysis of the total cost to support bid/RFP creation process and leading the customer HR negotiation as part of outsourcing deals.• Driving the identification and on-boarding and orientation of employees.• Project management of employee transfers to NSN from the customers covering all HR aspects, including policies and procedures, induction, career development, and communication.Key achievements:• Successful leadership of the HR element for outsourcing of network operations for a South African operator in April 2012, and for a pan-African operator in three East African countries (including transfer of 215 employees) in 2011. • Successfully transferred 124 Vodacom employees to NSN as part managed services deal managing, operating and maintaining Vodacom Tanzania’s network in a challenging two month time period.• Leading the HR stream through negotiations, C&B alignment and successfully integrating outsourced staff into NSN, including a full change management program for newly transitioned employees with 100% success rate of employees transferring to NSN.
