Methods: - - Regular meetings with clients to gain feedback on F24's performance, then relating back to the account managers, relevant departments and senior management. - Using Excel and Google Docs - create reports to record all client correspondence and key outlines and objectives.- Via Quickbooks, create a variety of financial reports, assessing monthly, quarterly and annual performance and projections for future. - Push forward social media content on Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram - promoting new equipment, client and staff work and profiles, connecting with key suppliers and contacts. - Ensure the presentation of the equipment, the company vehicles, and the building are of the highest quality at all times.- Responsible for designing and creating the company uniform, using the shield logo as a prominent feature. I also applied this concept to email signatures, company umbrellas and coffee cups - all with the objective to further enhance the Focus24 brand. - For the Christmas 2016 campaign, I worked with a designer friend to produce an animated card (as seen below). Bravo Post was my first job in the industry since graduating from Bournemouth University. It was an excellent introduction, in which I was pushed to achieve the highest standards of professionalism and expectations required.
